Where can I see my plan?
After logging in, you can see your current subscription, remaining lesson time, daily lesson time and lesson plan type from the My Membership section in the menu on the left.
I want to change my plan, what should I do?
After logging in, you can change your current course type
from the sub-menu in the "My Membership" section of the menu on the left. You can
use this process if you want to switch from group lessons to individual lessons, if
your current course plan is over and you want to continue with a different course
plan.
Things you should pay attention to at this stage:
- Once you change the course type, unfortunately it is not possible to return to your previous course type. If you want to return, you must repeat the same process again. In case of any contradiction, you can contact us.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a promotional code in course transfer transactions. If you would like to benefit from the active promotions of your platform in terms of discount opportunities, you can have the transaction you want done by contacting us.
How can I view my payments and payment history?
After logging in, you can view your current subscription from the "Payments" section in the menu on the left. If you have used a promotion code, you can view it and view and download the invoices of your payments. If your current subscription has expired and you want to continue by renewing it, you can do this from the same section. 27 days after making the payment, you can renew your existing course by paying again.
How can I see when I receive messages from my teachers?
After logging in, you can view the teachers you are currently messaging with in the "Messages" section of the menu on the left, and when a new message arrives, you can see it from this section, from the messaging section, and from the message icon next to your profile picture.
