Once you sign up for a membership, you have the right to get your payment back. However, you must not have attended any classes through your account, that is, you must not have used your membership yet. If the card you used to pay with has been cancelled, you must contact us via support@owlscam.com with the e-mail address you registered with and include your course information and registration date in the e-mail. Remember that our help team may ask more from you. If we can confirm your information, we may request a swift code/bank code, which may vary depending on your country.
