Here are a few suggestions that you can try which may
improve the quality of your connection and improve your experience on Cambly.
If you are using a laptop or computer;
- Connect via Chrome as your browser. If you are having problems, you can try Opera as a secondary browser.
- Disable anti-virus VPN and other protection shields on your device that may block your camera and microphone
- The fewer devices your internet network uses, the more efficient your internet speed will be. At a minimum, make sure your device is connected to the internet.
- Make sure you allow camera and microphone in your browser. For detailed information, visit this address.
- Make sure that your camera and microphone are used only through Owlscam. If you are using other applications at the same time, disable them for the duration of the lesson.
- Check the charge of your device. If you are attending classes outdoors, make sure your device has enough energy.
- In order not to affect your lesson quality, make sure that the microphone you use outdoors has a noise canceling feature and that your camera is sensitive to external factors.
- Your browser may be Chrome, Brave, Opera, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
- Make sure that only the Owlscam platform is enabled on your computer or device on which you use Owlscam. Closing different programs will increase your performance.
